  •  IS-194 Print executable output to jfmanager CMD  window
          A new panel in jfmanger has appeared that tails running batch processes – providing insight into progress and reporting. It can be found in the lower left. The new window can be minimiszed, restored and resized.
  • IS-153 reorder voxet data in 3d explore
  • IS-179 By default GFILT will use the disk instead of memory, users are required to opt for memory usage.
          With a growing trend for larger and larger geophysical grids, and the adoption of modern SSD’s across workstations, GFILT will now utilise the disk by default, which provides a safer environment where processing won’t need to compete with other applications/resources. Power-users can specify to use memory where deemed appropriate.
  • IS-165 implement Int64 index for TensorFill method
          With the trend of growing grids, tensor grids can now technically  support dimensions that total over  2.1 billion cells. Although we are yet to see a tensor grid of this magnitude

Intrepid 6.2.2 includes the following highlights in an Sep 2022 release:

    • Extended the falcon noise formulas and queries.
      Added GUI support and task support for falcon noise products.
    • Jfmanager had its open/read/close operations revised to reduce impact on power users and instances of file locking.
    • Intrepid Software now self tracks and notifies the user when new updates are available.
    • Intrepid has adopted the EPSG code representation of Coordinate Reference Systems more heavily, users will find this format is supported more widely inside the tools.
    • Additional gridding parameters were added to allow finer control of output cells; introduced for expert users with niche requirements; contact support for further information.
    • GridOp will attempt to match the output datatype to the input, as this was found to be desirable in most cases, users are still able to freely create outputs with chosen datatypes by using GridOp change precision.
    • Small Improvements to the creation of GeoTiff images out of 3D Explore
    • Survey/FlightPath editing functionality added to 3D Explore.
    • Addressed a memory issue for typical office machines in GridFitler, larger grids (1gb+) will now be handled far friendlier and safer than previously. For cases outside of this an option to utilise disk space has been revised.
